Hosts keep 88% of their price

You set the parking price and, where eligible, a separate hourly price for domestic EV charger access. We deduct 12% from parking plus selected charging access. The driver service fee belongs to Drive2Park and is not part of your earnings. We cover standard payment-processing and Connect payout charges from our fees; no additional standard processing deduction is made from your quoted host net.

Host earnings are before your own tax, electricity, maintenance and insurance costs. Refunds and disputes can change the final amount. Listing is free; income is not guaranteed. Stripe verification and available funds determine payout availability.

Drivers see the full price before reserving

The service fee is 8% of parking and selected charger access, with a minimum of 79p and a maximum of £9.99 per reservation. This applies to all payment methods; it is not a card surcharge. Published platform fees include any VAT applicable to those fees.

Search totals for selected dates include the service fee. A one-hour example includes its fee; choose your dates for the full stay total. Parking uses the host’s standard, weekday/weekend or named-date rates for the actual stay. Optional daily caps and weekly/30-day packages are applied automatically when eligible and cheaper. EV access is optional and appears separately before payment. Rates use Europe/London dates; no automatic holiday uplift is added.

Daily caps, date rules and longer stays

A daily cap covers each rolling 24-hour block from arrival. If that block touches different daily caps, the highest cap applies; if any period has no cap, that block stays hourly. Shorter stays still pay the cheaper of hourly charges or an applicable cap.

Weekday and weekend prices use UK local dates. Named date ranges replace ordinary rates and daily caps; they do not stack. Weekly and 30-day packages do not apply to a stay touching a named date override. Your quote lists the applicable pricing lines.

Weekly packages cover up to seven continuous days and 30-day packages cover up to thirty. A booking can last up to 31 days, with any remainder priced separately. These are prepaid reservations for the whole selected period, not recurring subscriptions or weekday-only passes. The space must be available throughout. A cheaper package can apply to a shorter stay; it does not extend the reserved dates.

Once a reservation is created, its server-calculated quote is frozen for that reservation’s payment window. Later listing or rate changes do not increase it. New stays and separately paid extensions receive a new quote.

Changes, extensions and refunds

Extra parking time is a separate reservation with its own disclosed fee and cap. It does not extend charging access. We do not change the recorded price of a paid booking when the fee schedule changes.

A full refund under the booking’s cancellation policy includes its driver service fee. Host cancellation or failure to provide the booked parking requires a full refund of the affected booking. Charging failures and partial-service complaints are reviewed for an appropriate remedy, including the affected charging amount and associated service fee where appropriate. Statutory rights take priority.

Domestic EV charging

Only eligible dedicated domestic Type 2 chargers are supported. You reserve access for your selected period starting at arrival, up to 24 hours and within the parking stay. This is time-based access, not payment for a measured quantity of electricity or a guaranteed battery level.
