1. About Drive2Park

Drive2park Ltd, trading as Drive2Park ("we", "us", "our"), operates the website drive2park.com (the "Platform"). Drive2Park is a marketplace connecting drivers seeking parking spaces with property owners who have parking spaces available to rent.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drive2Park platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

3. Platform Role

Drive2Park provides marketplace, booking and payment-arrangement services. Hosts supply the parking spaces they list. Our platform role does not remove our own responsibilities to users under applicable law.

Drive2Park does not own, operate, or manage any parking spaces listed on the platform. All parking arrangements are made directly between drivers and hosts.

4. User Accounts

Drivers may book through guest checkout without a customer sign-in account. Hosts need an account to manage listings and payouts. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

5. Booking and Payment

When you book a parking space:

• Payment is processed securely through our platform
• Booking confirmations are sent by email
• The selected cancellation policy is saved with your booking. Read the cancellation and refund policy; statutory rights take priority.
• New reservations follow our pricing policy: 12% host commission, plus a driver service fee of 8% of parking and selected charging access, minimum 79p and capped at £9.99 per reservation, inclusive of any applicable VAT on platform fees. Full totals are disclosed before reservation and payment. Existing paid prices are unchanged.
• Hosts may set weekday, weekend, named-date and package prices as explained in our pricing policy. The accepted reservation quote is saved; later listing price changes do not increase it. Weekly/30-day bookings are prepaid continuous stays without automatic renewal. Availability must cover the entire booking.
• EV access is optional and subject to our domestic EV policy. Access starts at arrival for the selected period, not automatically for the full parking stay; no energy quantity or full battery is guaranteed. Extra parking time does not extend charging.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Attempt to circumvent our fees by arranging bookings outside the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Liability

We are responsible for our own obligations under applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer’s statutory rights or excuses a failure to provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Responsibility for a particular loss depends on what happened and the parties’ legal duties. Parking hosts are responsible for the services they supply. Insurance does not replace those duties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Drive2Park platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Drive2Park and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes apply prospectively. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain any acceptance required by law. Changes do not retrospectively rewrite the terms saved with existing bookings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home UK jurisdiction. Nothing here removes those rights.
